Why new build inspections?

As Chartered Architects we oversee all aspects of the construction process. From the initial design ideas to the the day our clients move in, which includes undertaking inspections throughout the construction process. Therefore we understand how buildings are put together and the expected quality of the finished product. As we have the appropriate level of expertise, it seems only right that we should offer our experience to clients who are buying newly built houses from developers, and give them an honest and unbiased review of their property before they complete on the purchase.
