This service provides buyers of new build homes the opportunity to commission a Pre Contract Inspection (PCI) to identify defects, commonly known as ‘Snags’, so that the developer can rectify them before contracts are exchanged. We follow the NHQB guidance that is accepted by most housing developers and present our findings in a fully detailed report.
